OFM order arrived in several packages

If your OFM order arrived with several packages, you might notice that the information is showing the total number of items instead of the actual number of items inside the package. This is working as intended by our system.  Please make sure to request all of them under the same Forwarding Request so that the value will be combined under the same commercial invoice.
