Offline Service (Visit)

We offer offline purchase assistance, please submit an 'Order For Me' request and our offline team will check the schedule. The order type will be based on how we need to purchase your goods ex) Cafes, pop up stores, concerts, etc.). The price is as follows: 

(30,000KRW for 1st hour + 15,000KRW per additional hour) x number of staff + 3% of the total item value

• Generally, lucky draws and birthday cafes take 1 hour or less. However, venues with limited seats can take anywhere between 1 to 12 hours, depending on their supply and demand.
• Time spent increases and rounds up by the half-hour. For example, if 2 staff spent 1 hour and 10 minutes at the venue, the commission is (30,000KRW + 0.5 hours x 15,000KRW) x 2 or 75,000KRW.
• Travel time is not counted. The timer starts when we arrive at the venue.
  
  

*** Entry tickets for the event are not included in the price.

*** This Service is within the Seoul Area only. 

***There might be additional delivery fees from the shop if necessary. 

*** Cancellation wouldn't be possible once items are purchased.

*** You can still adjust the purchase list 12 hours prior to the team visiting the event.

*** If there are multiple requests under the same Event, our team might go there all at once. And if there is a purchase limit per visit/person , purchase benefits will still be distributed per order.
