Offline Service (Visit)

We offer Offline Purchase Assistance, please submit an 'Order For Me' request and our offline team will check out the available schedule. The order type will be based on how we need to purchase your goods (Example: cafes, popups store, concerts, etc.). Price is as follows: 

30,000 won 1st hour + 15,000 won per additional hour + 3% of item value

• Generally, lucky draws and birthday cafes take 1 hour or less. But venues with limited seats can take anywhere between 1 to 12 hours, depending on their supply and demand.
• Time spent increases and rounds up by the half-hour. Example, if our staff spent 1 hour and 10 minutes, the commission is 30,000 won + 0.5 hours x 15,000 won or 37,500 won.
• Travel time is not counted. Timer starts when we arrive at the venue.
  
  

*** Entry tickets for the event are not included in the price.

*** This Service is within the Seoul Area only. 

***There might be additional delivery fees from the shop if necessary. 

*** Cancellation wouldn't be possible once items are purchased.

*** You can still adjust the purchase list 12 hours prior to the team visiting the event.

*** If there are multiple requests under the same Event, our team might go there all at once. And if there is a purchase limit per visit/person , purchase benefits will still be distributed per order.
