What is the difference between videos?

Here at Kfriday, we offer 3 different types of video services: Unboxing, inclusion, and forwarding video service. They might look very similar but they do serve different purposes. To better identify the difference, please refer to the chart below.

*If you request for inclusion service, a video is recorded. If your request gets canceled later, an additional charge for the unboxing service will be applied.

**Packers are expected to notify our customers of any visually identifiable damages. However, since the forwarding video is provided without charge, packers are not obligated to report damages that are hard to detect within the bubble wrap or other packaging materials.
