Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.kfriday.net website (the "Service" or “Kfriday”) operated by Manna Company ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please ensure that you provide your correct Korean address and include your Postbox identification in the address. Failure to do so may result in delays in receiving your package. If you notice that you have not received your package in your Postbox, please contact us immediately to claim your package. Any unidentified packages remaining in our warehouse for more than three months will be disposed of.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Items
While we do attempt to help our customers avoid costly mistakes, such as warning you about the prohibited item issues that we are aware of, there are hundreds of countries with complex customs rules governing tens of thousands of categories of items, and those rules can change from day to day. So please do your own research about what's prohibited or not to ship to your country and that Kfriday won't assume liability for incidents regarding prohibited items.
Prohibition of Money Laundering
At Kfriday, engaging in or suspected involvement with money laundering and terrorist financing is strictly prohibited.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are participating in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to any or all of Kfriday's services and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities as necessary.
Packages
As a forwarding company in Korea, we have an obligation to open all the packages we receive to ensure that all the items we ship are free from prohibited and dangerous items.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Shipment
We take pride in providing you with quality products and services. If for any reason you experience an issue with your package, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 10 days after the package arrives at your place. This will allow us to process your claim in a timely and efficient manner. After 10 days, we regret that we will be unable to process any claims related to your package. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Storage Fees and Disposals
Storage Fees
The Service provides active Members the benefit of storing their merchandise for up to 45 days at no charge. Once this period lapses, Members will incur storage fees. Members agree to pay these storage charges per package per day, according to the service's current schedule of fees. This fee structure is designed to encourage the timely processing of items and maintain an efficient flow within our storage facilities.
Disposal of Merchandise
Members are required to ship or dispose of their merchandise within 90 days of it arriving in their Kfriday Postbox. If any merchandise remains in a Member's suite for more than 90 days (i.e., 91 days or more), the Member acknowledges that the merchandise will be considered forfeited to Kfriday. Subsequently, the Member authorizes Kfriday to charge the Member's payment method for any accrued storage fees. Upon forfeiture, Kfriday retains the right to either sell the merchandise and donate the proceeds to a charity of Kfriday's choice or dispose of the items in a legal and environmentally compliant manner.
Amendments to Storage and Disposal Policy
Kfriday reserves the right to amend the policies regarding storage fees and disposal of merchandise as deemed necessary. These amendments may reflect changes in operational requirements, legal mandates, or other factors that impact Kfriday's business operations. Members will be promptly notified of any significant changes to these policies.
Compliance and Liability
Members agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that failure to adhere to the Storage Fees and Disposal policy may result in additional charges, loss of merchandise, or other actions as outlined above. Kfriday is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the enforcement of these policies. Members are encouraged to manage their stored items proactively to avoid incurring additional fees or losing merchandise.
This addition to the Terms and Conditions ensures that our facilities are utilized efficiently and that all Members have a fair and transparent understanding of the expectations and consequences related to the storage and disposal of merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to adhering to these terms.

Manna Company, Inc. has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Manna Company, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Interest on Unpaid Invoices.
In the event of unpaid invoices, the Service reserves the right to impose an interest charge. An interest rate of 1% per month will be applied to the outstanding amount of any unpaid invoice from the date it becomes overdue. This interest will compound monthly, meaning that each month's interest charge will be added to the principal amount, which may accrue interest in subsequent months. The account holder is responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid incurring these interest charges. Should there be any dispute or query related to an invoice, the account holder must communicate promptly with the Service to resolve the matter. We aim to maintain transparent and fair business practices and encourage open dialogue with our customers. If you believe an error has been made concerning your invoice or the interest applied, please get in touch with us using the communication methods specified in the 'Notices' section. This interest provision is designed not as a punitive measure but as an incentive for timely payment, ensuring the smooth operation of our services for all customers.
Settlement of Invoices
Before we can release, ship, or forward any goods affiliated with your account, all outstanding invoices associated with your account must be fully settled. Failure to clear any outstanding invoices will result in the withholding of your package until the due amount is paid in full. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all financial obligations with our service are addressed promptly to prevent any delays or interruptions in the shipping process.
Retention and Sale of Goods Due to Non-Payment
Acknowledgment: By utilizing the services of Kfriday, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms specified herein, which relate to the retention and potential sale of goods in the event of non-payment.
Retention of Goods: If any charges or fees related to the services provided by Kfriday remain unpaid by the customer, Kfriday shall have the right to retain possession of the customer's goods.
Notice of Non-Payment: Upon non-payment, the customer will be provided a written notice outlining the outstanding amount. The customer will have 30 days from the date of the notice to settle the outstanding amount in full.
Sale of Goods: If the customer fails to settle the outstanding amount within the time specified in the notice, Kfriday reserves the right to sell the retained goods. The proceeds from the sale will be used to cover the outstanding debt. Any surplus from the sale will be returned to the customer after covering all associated costs and the outstanding amount
Finality: The decision to retain or sell the customer's goods is final and will be executed in accordance with the terms set out herein and any applicable local laws and regulations.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Manna Company, Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Manna Company, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Manna Company, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
You agree to not take any legal action against us that relates to (or arises out of) our services without first: sending us – via registered mail or a national overnight courier service – a written description of the facts and laws relative to the issue; and attempting to work towards a resolution with us for no less than 40 days.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
