How do I know if my package has arrived?
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be scanned and updated to our system and your Postbox; then our system will notify you of its arrival via Kakaotalk. If your package has arrived but is still not showing up in your postbox after 2 working days, please check out our Lost & Found. If still not found, contact us and we will look into it further.
