How do I know if my package has arrived?
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be scanned and updated to our system and your Postbox; then our system will notify you of its arrival via Kakaotalk. This will normally take up to 24hours. If your package has arrived but still not showing up in your post box after 2 working days. Please check out our Lost&Found. If still not found, contact us and we will look into it further.
