What will happen if I do not have the tracking code with me?

The tracking code is provided by the Sender. It is not possible to send out a package right now without any tracking code. In addition, you will need this code if you need to claim your package from our Lost&Found. Without tracking code we will not know if the package arrives or not. This is needed to claim your package from Lost & Found.
