What will happen if the package doesn’t have my Kfriday ID on it?

All packages without Kfriday ID will be scanned and go to Lost & Found. You may claim it from our website directly using the tracking code. However please note that if Kfriday ID is not present on the package while you do not have the tracking, it will be extremely difficult to find as we receive hundreds of packages daily. In addition, please be reminded that free storage will still be counted from the day that the package arrived.
