Why are there different types of orders?

Online-Regular: Standard type of request. The order will be processed within 2 business days (weekends & holidays not included)

Online-Priority: Order will be processed within 24 hours (weekends included). Recommend for time sensitive orders.

Proxy Fansign: Face-to-face fansigns that our staff will attend on your behalf

Offline: All other offline events you'd like us to visit and/or purchase items at.

Bunjang: Please submit one form per seller. For example, if you'd like to purchase multiple items from one seller, you may list all of them in one form. However, if you have three items from three different sellers, please submit three separate forms.
