When and how much do we pay for orders for my service?
Once the items have been purchased, members will have 12 hours to complete the payment. If no payment is received within 12 hours, the order might be canceled. You can check out the pricing via Assistance Price.
*** For Video Call related Events and/or final amounts greater than 1 000 000 KRW, we will need to collect the money before purchasing. Refund, cancel and/or change information will not be possible once purchased.
*** If Cancellation is possible after we purchased it and you would like to cancel it, there will be a cancellation fee of 10 000 + our Commission Fee. Please contact our support team via Kakaotalk.
