What is inside my package?

If you are unsure whether you received the right items or not, you may request for an unboxing service. Our unboxing team will take a video and show you what is inside the box. If you have a special request such as “show signed photocard”, please put it in the notes in the request form. 

***Please note that the video may only be kept for a month. We suggest you to download the video once it is available.
