What is an Inclusion Service?

If you want to decrease the weight of the package while removing items you don’t need, you can request for an inclusion service. This service is mainly for (but not limited to) Kpop albums. Each request must be from the same Artist album (can be a different color version). If you would like to do an inclusion service for different artists and/or albums, you will need to request it separately. For special requests, they need to note it clearly under special request. For example; certain photo cards or special items (bookmark /calendar) which might not be included in the option. Once inclusion only service completed, you will receive an inclusion video (Before completion) and pictures (After completion).
