What is Inclusion service?

If you want to decrease the weight of the package by removing items you don’t need, you can request for inclusion service. This service is mainly for (but not limited to) Kpop albums. Each request must be from the same artist and album (can be a different color version). If you would like inclusion service for different artists and/or albums, you will need to request it separately. For special requests, you must note it clearly under special request in the form. For example, you can leave a note mentioning to keep certain photo cards or special items (bookmark/calendar) which might not be included in the multiple choice option. Once inclusion service completed, you will receive an inclusion video (before completion) and pictures (after completion).
