Repacking Service

Previously, we did not allow you to edit (add/remove) packages from the list once forwarding requests have been submitted. However, we have implemented repacking service! If you want to add/remove items after you have requested for forwarding, please contact our customer support team and we will repack it for you!

This service will have an additional charge of 10,000KRW per KG of the total weight of the packages added into the forwarding.

**Each forwarding package can only request repacking service once.

**Repacking can only be done before payment confirmation.

**If an item is removed from a forwarding package, it will be disposed of as we can no longer return the item to the original box that it came in.
