Can I choose which carrier to use for shipping?

Currently our main partners are Fedex, UPS, and Korea Post. We will be choosing the cheapest option for you. We do not have the option that allows you to choose between Fedex or UPS. However, if there is a special request, please contact us via KakaoTalk and we will try our best to assist your needs. 

Standard: 3-7 days (UPS or Fedex), with possible flight delays during busy periods

K-packet: 2-4 weeks, depending on country

* For select countries, we provide the K-packet option, which is more affordable than express shipping for packages under 2kg. However, it may take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
