Can I pay in KRW?

In order to not charge you extra Korea 10% VAT, the payment has to be USD. If we get paid within transfer from another Korean bank or KRW from wise, then it is not considered as export, and we will be charged 10% vat, which in turn we have to charge our customers. This came up recently during our tax review and to comply with all the tax laws we have to accept payments in USD.
